What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to remember your preferences or actions for a period of time.
Cookies used by this website
This website is built with Hugo (static site generator). It does not use WordPress, databases or tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted on our server (no requests to Google Fonts).
Analytics
We use GoatCounter to count visits anonymously. GoatCounter sets no cookies and collects no personal data. goatcounter.com/help/privacy
Forms
Forms on this website (contact, “Notify me”, private student pages) are submitted directly to our server via a self-hosted PHP script. No cookies are set when using them.
The newsletter subscription form is hosted by Brevo (sibforms.com). When you click the subscribe button, you are taken to a Brevo-hosted page where Brevo’s own cookie policy applies independently. See brevo.com/legal/cookiespolicy.
Interactive map
The contact page contains an OpenStreetMap map. The map does not load by default: you must click the “Show map” button to activate it. If you activate it, OpenStreetMap may store technical session cookies in your browser.
First-party cookies
This website generates no first-party cookies.
Summary

| Self-hosted forms (PHP) | None | No |

Conclusion
Under normal use of this website, no cookies are set in your browser without your explicit action. No cookie banner is required because there is no active third-party tracking when the page loads.
